POEPA elections should be held every one year instead of every two, so promoters get a regular, timely chance to hold their representation and leadership accountable.

Each year, the POEPA fund should renew the licenses of deserving promoters who cannot afford renewal due to financial hardship, so they can keep their business running.

Health insurance for promoters & familiesہیلتھ انشورنس کی سہولت

Profit earned on promoters' license security deposits should fund health insurance for promoters and their families, giving them financial protection in health matters.

A standing legal teamقانونی ٹیم کا قیام

A proper, effective legal team should be established under POEPA that will:

• Respond to legal notices promoters receive from any government or related department.
• Represent promoters legally before relevant institutions when required.
• Provide proper legal guidance and support if legal action is taken against a promoter.
• Review the legal status and impact of any new law, fee, tax, regulation or policy change affecting promoters.
• Propose and adopt legal measures needed to protect promoters' collective interests.

POEPA should hold a monthly open court (khuli kutchery) to discuss promoters' day-to-day issues and practical solutions, and to gather promoters' input before any new law, regulation or procedure is implemented.

ہر ماہ پیوپا کی جانب سے کھلی کچہری کا انعقاد کیا جائے، جس میں پروموٹرز کو درپیش روزمرہ کے مسائل، ان کے ممکنہ حل اور عملی اقدامات پر تبادلۂ خیال کیا جائے۔ اس کے علاوہ کسی بھی نئے قانون، ضابطے یا طریقۂ کار کے نفاذ سے قبل پروموٹرز کی آراء اور تجاویز بھی حاصل کی جائیں۔

A separate waiting room for promoters should be established at the Protector's Office, so they have a proper, dignified place to wait their turn.

Protecting promoters' interests & institutional transparencyپروموٹرز کے مفادات کا تحفظ اور ادارہ جاتی شفافیت

Medical centers, drop boxes, Takamul and soft-skills institutes will be kept outside the scope of office-holding promoters. Effective, lawful measures will be taken to end alleged corruption in these institutions, promote transparency and bring excessive fees under control.

No conflict of interestمفادات کے ٹکراؤ کی روک تھام

Every VOP member representing the group inside the POEPA body will be barred from owning a medical center, drop box, Takamul or soft-skills institute — so representation stays completely impartial.

Financial transparency & accountabilityمالی شفافیت اور جواب دہی

POEPA's complete income and expenditure will be published online every year. Every promoter will also have the right to review POEPA's bank statements and related financial records on request.

Rotating advisory seatsایڈوائزری کمیٹی میں شمولیت

Every four months, five new promoters from the community will join VOP's Advisory Committee, to foster mutual consensus, trust and a spirit of inclusion within the group.
